The Infinix Hot 7 employs a 5.99in HD+ tall 19:9 IPS LCD notched display with a resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The Hot 7 is powered by MediaTek MT6580 SoC aided by 1GB of RAM. Internal memory is just 16GB. With that said, the internal memory is expandable, as the device is equipped with a dedicated memory card slot (up to 128GB). Coming to biometrics, a fingerprint scanner is equipped at the rear of the Hot 7.

Single camera system

Photography is handled by a single camera arrangement at the rear featuring a 13MP sensor (dual-LED flash). An 8MP selfie-camera is available upfront (LED flash). The rear and front cams can shoot videos at a resolution of up to 1080p @ 30fps.

Battery capacity, connectivity and Android version

A 4000mAh battery is onboard to provide enough runtime. A rather outdated MicroUSB port for charging and data transfers is onboard the device.

Coming to the connectivity side of the device, it has you covered with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE with support for A2DP and EDR, GPS for navigation and location-based services and more are onboard. Thankfully, a 3.5mm audio jack is present in the Infinix Hot 7 for audiophiles.

The Infinix Hot 7 ships with Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition based Infinix’s custom UI i.e XOS out of the box.
