The HTC smartphones list to receive the latest version of Android OS Jelly Bean has leaked on Twitter by a guy called Football. The list contains some of the names that will bring hope to the respective owners, but the absence of a device like HTC Sensation has surprised us all. If the list has its leg grounded in truth, HTC will break many millions of hearts. There are a total of nine devices that will get Jelly Bean. The variants of HTC One series of smartphones dominate the list.
Here is the complete list of the phones eligible for the JB update:
- HTC One X+ (Evitare)
- HTC One XL (Evita)
- HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE (Fireball)
- HTC EVO 4G LTE (Jewel)
- HTC One SV (K2)
- HTC One VX (Totem C2)
- HTC One S (Ville)
- HTC One S C2 (Ville C2)
- HTC J (Valente)
Most of the Android phone manufacturers have already disclosed their schedule for the Jelly Bean update for their portfolio. Samsung has even started the update for several of its phones and tablets. Viewing things from this angle, HTC seems to to be a little slow. Since the list is not an official one, we are not sure if it is 100% true. HTC should come forward themselves and let its users know if the Jelly Bean update will be rolling out to them or not.
