As for compatibility, I tested the apps on my Galaxy S3 (Android 4.1.2) and S4 (Android 4.2.2) and Note 2 (CM 10.1). While on Android 4.2.2 the launcher gave force close error after a while, it ran fine with Android 4.1.2. I could not test it on ICS but it should work on it.
