Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo outed the mid-range V11 Pro smartphone back in September of this year. The Vivo V11 Pro features a water-drop notched 6.41in wide 19.5:9 Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The mid-range device is powered by a mid-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled to an Adreno 512 GPU, features 6GB of RAM on both 128GB and 64GB storage variant. A dedicated MicroSD card slot that can handle cards of a size of up to 256GB is present in the device. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the display and possibly Vivo’s iteration of face unlock are onboard the Viva V11 Pro as biometric authentication options.
Photo and Video
Photography is handled by a dual camera setup at the rear featuring a primary 12MP (f/1.8) (Dual-pixel PDAF) + a secondary 5MP (f/2.4) (depth) sensors combination assisted by an LED flash. Up front again we do have a 25MP camera (f/2.0) for those unforgettable selfies. Both the rear and forward facing cameras can record videos at a resolution of to 2160 @ 30fps and 1080 @ 30fps respectively.
Power, connectivity and Android version
A large 3400 mAh battery is onboard the Vivo V11 Pro to keep it ticking on but the device is topped up via the obsolete MicroUSB port. However, to make up for this, Vivo has equipped the device with fast battery charging technology (18W).
Coming to the connectivity side of the Vivo V11 Pro, it has got you covered with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0 LE with A2DP, GPS for navigation and location-based services and more. Thankfully enough, the device features the good old 3.5mm headphone jack we all love. At launch, the Vivo V11 Pro ran on Android 8.1 Oreo-based Vivo’s Funtouch OS 4.5 out of the box.

Vivo has decided to go with a much cleaner, smaller and better display notch that looks like a teardrop or water drop. However, flip the V11 Pro and there you go! You can see that Vivo has undoubtedly taken inspiration from Apple as far as the design and placement of the camera module is concerned.
Pricing, availability and colors
Now coming to the pricing and availability, The 6GB/64GB (India) variant of the Vivo V11 Pro will set you back INR 25,990 (Diwali sale ends very soon, original price is INR 28,990) on Flipkart. The V11 Pro is available in Dazzling Gold or Starry Night paint jobs.
