The Galaxy S4, Samsung’s current flagship smartphone, was released with Android 4.2.2 about six months ago and it has been receiving minor updates within the same OS version at intervals. Most users usually tend to ignore such updates but when it comes to an updates that has something to do with bumping the firmware version of our device, the sense of urgency to get the new update comes out of hibernation. Samsung has already made it clear that the Galaxy S4 will be getting Android 4.3 KitKat in future, but before that, as we expected, the Korean manufacturer has started rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

To many users of Galaxy S4 LTE GT-I9505, the official 4.3 update might not sound new because we have already had two versions of the leaked test firmwares for the device in the past. Besides bumping the Android version of the device to 4.3, the latest update brings a lot of improvements in performance, bug-fixes and new features to the device.
