Here is a transparent theme for MIUI V4. The name of the maker of the theme is not known. The theme has MIUI V4 default lockscreen with a few changes. The icons used are transparent and so is the dialer. It might not be a very beautiful theme but it is a good one. I have modified the theme to change the Chinese into English wherever necessary.
