Having downloaded the Dandelion wallpaper APK file, you need to copy it to your smartphone. Then open the file manager app, navigate to the APK file and tap to install it. When you have installed the live wallpaper, you can apply it by tapping and holding the home screen and selecting the wallpaper option.
