The Tita HD theme has been renamed now and ha been released with a new name. It is now called Orchids and it has been updated to run flawlessly with the latest MIUI by IamXiao. The theme is designed for all Android phones with HDPI resolution and running on MIUI V4 or JB ROM. The Tita HD icons are one the most simplistic icons for MIUI.
The theme also comes with a beautiful digital clock. The rest of the themes is just Okay with no new changes. Copy the downloaded mtz to MIUI/Theme folder on SD Card, then apply from Themes app.
