DroidViews Weekly 3: 10 Android Apps & Games You Should Check Out This Week

Sushil | 31 Aug 2015 | Android Apps/ Android News

Interesting Android Apps & Games

Welcome to the third round up of DroidViews Weekly. There are tons of apps and games in the Google Play Store and hundreds are added everyday. Although we, at DroidViews, try our best to cover all the amazing apps and games on daily basis, we cannot review each and everyone of them.

That’s why we have started this new section where we will share with you 10 new/old/recently updated less known apps and games which we find useful and fun but were not able to share with you earlier. This will be a weekly round up.

1. Kong

kong

Kong is a GIF maker. By using Kong you can create GIFs of yourself and share it with your friends on various social medias like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more. You can also add filters to the GIFs. If you are the kind that shares with just few people, you can create a private channel for your GIFs which will be accessible to a select few.

2. Do

do

As the developer puts it, Do is a super simple and fast tasks, reminders, and to-do list app. It is very minimal and has covered all the basic to-do list apps features perfectly. Features include images and audio notes, reminders, cloud sync, and collaboration.

3. VoxelMaker

voxelmaker

With VoxelMaker you can create 3D models of your own design and then render them with realistic lighting and shadows. Voxel models are made from 3D cubes and create a stylized, “blocky” look – much like a 3D version of pixel art. Models can be exported for use in other programs or you can use the built-in ray tracer to render high-quality images of your scenes.

4. BlackCam Pro

lenka

BlackCam Pro is a remarkably simple yet powerful, dedicated black & white camera app developed in France by world-renowned photographer Kevin Abosch for professionals & amateurs alike, to create beautiful black & white photographs.

Some useful features include control over contrast, temperature, and option to capture photos via volume buttons.

5. Ignore No More

ignorenomore

Ignore No More give you control over your children’s phones. If your children ignore your repeated calls and text messages, using this app you can make sure that they will call you back; all you need to do is install this app in your child’s phone. It can’t be uninstalled by your child. You can control multiple devices from a single account. It is not available in Google Play Store but you can download it from its official website.

6. Flip Master

flip master

Flip Master is a fast-paced arcade running game in which your objective is to reach the flag while collecting stars to clear each level. Controls are simple and graphics are enjoyable. It is a fun time waster.

8. Ball Jump

Developer Ketchapp is responsible for some of the most addictive games in the Google Play Store (my favorite being Skyward). Ball Jump is a new fun little game by the same team. Your objective is to keep the ball on the cubes by making the ball jump from one cube to another. Your path is being built in real time with an exciting combination of cubes.

9. Crescendo Launcher

Crescendo is a simple home replacement app. Its main focus is on keeping the user experience as minimal as possible while not sacrificing useful features. It is useful for children’s, new users, and elders.

Update: The app is not available anymore.

Samer Zayer is one of my favorite icon pack developer and Rotox is one of his creations. Rotox is a flat circular kind of icon pack which features 1800+ HD icons. It supports multiple launchers and has some amazing wallpapers stored in cloud.
