There has been an obvious fall in the number of new themes for MIUI V4 and Jelly Bean ROMs. Many theme-makers, including myself, have almost left working for MIUI. The new authorization system for MIUI themes has made applying themes from outside MIUI theme market quite difficult. Now you have but only one option: download themes directly from MIUI servers or use the ROM without themes. Now most of the themes are in Chinese and you are forced to use them.
Anyways, here is an old theme which lay at my computer unattended simply because I did not intend to publish it. The theme has been made by Desert Sailor from China. The best thing about the theme is its lockscreen and the crystal icons. It is a partly customized theme that do not give you a themed dialer or even MIUI framework elements. Download it only for the icons and the LS.
