Samsung Brand Makeover Revealed At CES 2013 - Something Big Is Coming Announcement - Droid Views

According to the reports from ChannelNews Australia, Samsung Electronics is planning to go through a complete brand makeover that might be revealed at CES 2013 in Las Vegas in January. By re-branding itself the company’s aim is present itself as a “more vibrant International brand”. The channel’s sources inside Samsung have revealed that the Korean tech-giant has hired the group of designers associated with Nike’s brand image building projects. “Even the advertising will change with products linked to lifestyle activities similar to what Nike does”, said one of the sources.

Samsung wishes to free itself from its “foreign brand” image to look more global. As a result of the company’s re-branding project, we might see a new logo with different colors for different sectors of Samsung Electronics. We will have to wait till January before we can have the first glimpse of the re-branded Samsung’s logo.
