Install Android 5.1.1 Lollipop ParanoidAndroid ROM on Galaxy Note GT-N7000

Mohammad Shahebaz | 08 Jul 2015 | Guides/ Samsung

Paranoid custom ROMs are the only build which gives a tough and healthy competition to Cyanogen Mod ROMs. The highlighting feature of Paranoid ROM is Pie control. Recently, users also loved the Dynamic System bars which merge your status and navigation bars with the surrounding contentย and provide a smoother and more immersive experience.

Peek in Paranoid is similar to Ambient Display but it is modified to look more minimal and classy. You can glance at your notifications when pulling your phone out of your pocket right after the notification buzz. You will be offered the same CM 12.1 Theme engine to enhance your system, polish it, quickly make it be just the way you want it to be. Pick from the endless options available on Play Store.

There are Official as well as Legacy Paranoid builds. Today on DroidViews we present you the much awaited Paranoid build for Samsung Galaxy Note N7000. It will just take your tea-time to install this build on your device. With your last sip, you will be done installing the custom ROM. Just follow this guide.

I miss the software navigation buttons as in 4.4.4 slimrom. Yes I miss them really.
I’m also unclear which verson of the Xposed framework to load, because the one I flashed (sdk22) became stuck in the load logo.

    Dear Rakesh,

Thank you very much for posting and uploading ROM.
Can you please tell me about battery performance after installing paranoid 5.1.1 ROM?
Which one is better 6.0.1 or 5.1.1?
I installed 6.0.1 NightOwl ROM but video play was not satisfactory.

    The following are my phone specs;
    Model: GT-N7000
    Android Ver: 4.1.2
    Baseband Ver: N7000XXLT3
    Kernel Ver: 3.0.31-1103517, depi@DELL130#3, SMPPREEMPT Fri Jul 26 23:46:40 KST 2013
    Build Number: JZO54K.N7000XXLT9

I am a noob. And I have a sentimental value for my phone and am scared that it would brick if I attempt to flash a custom ROM. I am rooted. So, please let me know if everything will be all right if I flash this ROM.
    Thanks and regards!

Yes, you can install the ROM. Take a full backup of your current ROM using TWRP before installing the new one.
