The Tanuki Ali which is also known as “Raccoon Ali” is a theme for MIUI ICS and Jelly Bean ROMs. The theme has been designed by Zyj123911 who is a member of the MIUI Theme Creative Group. The theme actually is old and it has been recently updated to work perfectly with the latest version of MIUI ROM 2.10.19. It was copyright protected so I could not pot it here on Droidviews. But now I have got the permission from the author to publish it, so it is here.
The theme fully brings out the creativity of its maker. It has a unique lockscreen where you have five raccoon icons at the bottom that are actually shortcuts for app like phone, message, browser and camera. Th center icon unlocks the device when it is dragged to the pop up window which appears when you touch the app shortcuts. The icons look very similar to each other and you will have recognize them by name. The dialer looks beautiful and so the over all theme.
The theme was stuffed with Chinese so much that I had to spend an hour so to translate and modify it. Now it is a perfect English MIUI theme.
